The group recommends that you try to find the items listed on the Dirty Dozen list in their organic form when you go shopping.

The fruits and veggies with the most pesticides - the "Dirty Dozen " are:

  • Grapes
  • Celery
  • Peaches
  • Spinach
  • Sweet bell peppers
  • Nectarines (imported)
  • Cucumbers

On the other end of the scale you can find the Clean Fifteen – those that have the lowest levels of pesticide. This list include important items for juicing like pineapples.

We recommended that you buy the Dirty Dozen in their organic form and shop for the Clean Fifteen in their conventional form.

Juicing for weight loss

No matter what you read a successful weight loss program will always require the following three elements.
