Feed the apple into your juicer after the ginger.

This juice is good when served at room temperature or with a little ice.

Ann Wigmore claims 1 ounce of fresh wheatgrass juice is equivalent to 2.5 pounds of vegetables in nutritional value.

Put the spinach leaves into your juicer first and push it through with the celery and cucumber.

Add the wheatgrass to the juice drink.

If you want to juice your own wheatgrass you will need a masticating juicer since a centrifugal juicer will not be able to extract the juice from the grass.

Some experts say that wheatgrass powder preserves all the nutrients and enzymes and using the powder is certainly more convenient.
